This is gonna be a loooooooong post

Hanging out with Eileen Vic and Claire always feels so much like the after-guides Saturday lunches that we used to do so often back in Crescent. Nice to see how each of us has grown up in our own ways, our conversational topics have undoubtedly evolved with the times as well. No more childish bickering - "Miss Tan, Eileen snatched my ruler first!" and the likes, all in the name of good fun, of course.
I appreciate the fact that despite us meeting for a reunion only once every semester, there's still so much that we can share amongst ourselves.
And so this semester's reunion (minus the reunion during my birthday party, cos that doesnt really count) saw us at Waraku at Clark Quay. We were models for an orange Lambogini (pardon me if I can't spell, wasnt exactly born to be a spelling bee)! Pics with Eileen though.

Love'em to the tiniest bits!

We headed then to Liang Court to satisfy Eileen's intense craving for her Vietnamese Trung Nguyen Coffee and she went trigger-happy. I felt it was a trifle bit too strong and bitter for me, but for Eileen, the coffee was 'orgasmic', in her words. lol.
Petit Provence croissants together with 'orgasmic' coffee spells a good afternoon for good'ol talk/chit-chat with the lovelies.

Then on Monday I caught Ip Man (not IP Man okay lol? pronounced: yip mun) with Lenny and it was surprisingly good. Makes me wanna do some kungfu fighting hah.
And I finally had my virgin ayam penyet experience at the Ayam Penyet Ria@Lucky Plaza. The chilli was flower power, proved a little too strong for me. I thought my threshold for chilli was not bad haha but THIS chilli at Ayam Penyet Ria made me feel like a total disgrace to my chilli-padi eater of a Mum.
And so that night, Lenny played soccer with a burning stomach, or so he claimed. haha.

But the ayam penyet was qt good la.

Tanning and Underwater World with Lenny today and the weather was good to us, thankfully! Will be back to Sentosa for Dolphin Lagoon and Luge soon soon SOON! =)
I guess thats all, I'm off to wii (wii/play off my calories from the ayam penyet ria)! Anyone with guitar heroes to lend me, pretty please!?

Boxing Day was great, I guess it will always be, every year. =)

Checked into the hotel in the early afternoon before heading out to shop. Lenny is THE shopping king. heh. On the contary, I bought nth. like NTH. ZERO.

We walked around the entire afternoon, settled down for a nice dinner thereafter, before walking back to our hotel to catch, yes, you got it right-The Little Nonya.
haha.

Headed out to CHJIMES after our show and had a few drinks at Harry's as we caught the Liverpool match, well, half of the match.

The remainder of the night and the next morning was spent watching action-packed movies on his lappie.

Oh How I love to nua like this. Eat play chill sleep watch movies. heh.

TWILIGHT IS SOOO GOOD!

Although Lenny didnt look like he enjoyed the movie very much, I really loved it.
I'm a sucker for romance flicks and Edward (the vampire) is actually qt gd-looking (though I didnt think so during the initial part of the movie). I guess its the role, it makes or breaks an actor. And the girl? She's drop-dead gorgeous!

I so wanna read the entire Twilight series now.

As if lugging one whole heavy bag around town the entire afternoon isn't bad enough,my Saturday is ruined, my Saturday plans are screwed up.

I am so angry, angsty and pissy again.

My Saturday is ruined big time and this really sucks. I should have just met my friend for dinner. Then again, meetings with my own friends are so damn hard to plan when a person refuses to confirm anything. Or at least, just reply to a small damn message. Out of basic courtesy.

So upsetting =(

The weather was on our side this morning, the sky was bright as could be, just the right nice sunny cheery morning that we needed for our picnic!
Met Vic, Shu and Jimmy at 830 and we headed to Marketplace@Tanglin Mall to get our food. We got ourselves honey-baked ham, cheese, white bread, tuna, cherry tomatoes, frosties, chips, a whole cooked BBQ-ed black pepper chicken and Meiji chocolate milk. Chian met us later and he brought along more drinks, paus and siew mais. A smorgasbord of international fare indeed!
We stuffed ourselves silly with all these food and proceeded to camwhore away the calories haha. Chian brought us 2 bottles of bubbles, the soapy kind that we'd play when we were younger. It was nice blowing bubbles for the first time in I-don't-know-how-many-years.

Christmas with the Kranks tonight!

Headed down to ECP with my parents this morning for some family bonding haha. My parents strolled along the beach while I managed to cycle for a good hour before it drizzled! I love times like this!
Met Lenny for dinner and we finally settled on a hotel! The hotel stay is a gift from him, YAY!

Another day of shopping in a bid to find a pair of shoes for my Mum. Yet despite a whole afternoon of shopping, she didn't manage to get any nice ones in her size.

FCUK is having a sale! Check out this gorgeous top, which I got at 30% off the original price. FCUK is seriously overpriced, and I only buy stuff from there when they've having sales. haha.

And because its Tuesday,
