I've never felt so depressed ever since I've stepped in NUS. Everything is so screwed, at an all-time low.

And so my long weekend has come to an end. SIGH.
Just to sum my weekend up:
Thursday was the horrible, screwed up, I-cant-believe-I-forgot-what-to-say, interview in the morning, followed by church and then a terrible encounter with an entire grp of hooligans that got me so shaken I called my Mum almost immediately to whine and complain to her (they ought to be stoned and banished from the face of this Earth). Evening was spent with Lenny and we caugh Rule #1, not too bad a show, I think Lenny has a CHICKEN HEART. haha I'm kidding.
Fri was church, then to AMK Hub, then to Lenny's place.
Saturday was the usual lunch and Carrefour with my Mum, then off to Lenny's place, bummed ard before heading to his church for the Easter event, which I thought was kinda good.
And today it was church in the morning, then to Baoting's 21st in the afternoon.
School starts again tmr and its getting me oh-so-depressed.=(
Some peektures from today:

silently they take the lead
the conscience not much of a choice
maybe just the littlest of things
yet the recoil sings a different tune

I can't believe I've been out the entire day despite the fact that my Soci term paper is due on Mon and I haven't got the slightest clue on how to even.....start.
SIGH.

On a lighter note, today was good, Lenny brought me to this very nice prata place near his home that serves really niceeeeee prata for breakfast. Ok apparently its quite a popular prata place, so I think I'm quite a mountain tortoise. SIGH.
Met Chian in the evening for light dinner (cos I had an entire plate of char kuay teow to myself for lunch how guilty), and just basically shopped around for stuff while waiting for his gf Germaine.

Anw, do check out http://lovemoncheri.livejournal.com, the very first guys collection has been launched! Keep your eyes glued, cos the boyfriend shirt tops collection is gonna up real soon!

Peektures! (btw, I havent gotten the pics from Eileen's brithday party last week, which was totally a blast and VERY memorable. Will put them up as soon as I get them!)

Singaporeans are so unhelpful.
Just the other day I was carrying an awfully big and heavy bag, had my laptop in my arms, as well as another file. I was like struggling to get my farecard out when I dropped my file and my notes scattered all around. I had difficulty bending over to pick them up cos I was in a short skirt, and I thought there might be some good Samaritans who would render me some help. But no, 2 middle-aged men actually walked past me, while I was half-kneeling, trying to get all my stuff up.
I was so pissed, and I felt so so so so so pathetic.

And just today as I got out of the train and walked towards the ascending escalator, this 50-plus balding and pot-bellied man, upon seeing that his train had already arrived, rushed down the escalator and friggin PUSHED ME ASIDE I could have lost my balance if I wasnt careful. WTH. He couldnt have been more uncourteous, cos as he pushed me on my shoulder aside WITH HIS DIRTY HANDS, he made the very rude TSK sound. LIKE HELLO, it wasnt my fault to be standing there!? You know, he didnt have his mouth for nothing. He could have said 'EXCUSE ME', and not 'TSK'. I WAS SO ANNOYED. (I really wanted to slap him LOL)
That sickening perverted pot-bellied nincompoop.
I don't really wanna curse, but his 'TSK' really made me so so mad and upset, I think his hand should rot, and I hope the train door closes on him on day.
I hope his pot belly grows even bigger till he topples over it one day.

And on the bus, this guy stepped on my foot without even apologizing.

Seriously, where's the courtesy?

Daddy drove past it a few nights ago, and it looked so beautiful.

I wanna go on it. Someday.

The Leap Years didn't disappoint. For many reasons.

1) Ananda Everingham is TOTALLY eye-candy. (haha I suspect I have a penchant for guys with long hair, oh and facial hair too. haha I've no idea whats with the rugged look, but it just works.) Oh, Lilin, Puala Malai Ali and esp Nadya, they're gorgeous.

2) I really like the whole feel abt the show, it depicts romance in contemporary Singapore, yet incoporates elements of olden Singapore as well, traditions and cultures and all (at the opening of the show, tt is). So heartwarming. Tts so expected of Catherine Lim, and thats the reason why I love reading her books and other old Singapore collections.

3)Girlfriends power. LOL.

4)Very sweet (though unrealistic lol) romance.

5)The many lovely quotes.

6)And of course, the soundtrack by Corrinne May.

Really, it has to got to be one of the best local productions in my opinion. A movie not to be missed.
